With high growth and changing client demands enough of a challenge, Josh Bopp, the President of Scottsdale-based focusIT, Inc., did not want to worry about HR compliance and administration. Finally, by successfully achieving its goals of implementing best-practices, EctoHR's annual fees to focusIT have decreased by 35% in four years.
